Advocating for students since 1997

Internationally known counselor and educator, Danielle Arca has been serving the educational needs of students and families around the globe for over two decades. Not only is she an expert in college admissions, coaching high school students in all aspects of the college admissions process, she is the student’s advertising agent — combining a proven track record of success with her intuition and creativity to uncover the innate gifts in every student, marketing those talents to colleges and increasing a student’s chance of admission.

Her background also allows her to incorporate comprehensive guidance counseling services into the college process. Danielle’s expertise as a counselor spans the middle school, high school and college level. Also setting her apart are her genuine rapport with students and parents, her multilingualism, and her experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor helping families work through personal challenges often encountered during the college process.

Headquartered in Aspen, Colorado with a satellite office in Miami, Danielle represents students on and between coasts. She elicits and develops your child’s inner guru and makes sure your student stands out among thousands of other applicants. Whether your child is an athlete or artist, musician or dancer, budding architect or engineer, accomplished leader, debater or entrepreneur, Danielle brings extensive experience and professionalism to every family, tailoring her support to your individual needs — all to give you exceptional advice that will last a lifetime.

We believe that people come and go in our lives but there are some who leave footprints in our hearts. Thank you for being one of those people.

Philosophy of Education

Applying to college is not just about getting in, it’s about staying in. It is imperative your student be happy living and studying at their selected school for four years; otherwise, they may look to transfer after the first year or even first semester. Will they make friendships that last a lifetime? Will they be successful academically, maintain their athletic or academic scholarships, and maximize their chances of acceptance at a graduate institution?

Danielle is committed to the successful academic and social placement of each student in the educational institution that best accommodates their personality, talents, hobbies and interests, lifestyle, and geographical preferences, also taking into account potential needs for additional academic support.

She does not believe in packaging students according to a predetermined formula in order to win the favor of certain schools. She is passionate about finding the right match between student and school. When this match is made, the right schools recognize and appreciate all that a student has to offer.

If you feel overwhelmed by the college process and don’t know where to begin, or simply prefer the helping hand of an experienced professional to coach you through it all, let ExpertAdmit” be there for you from start to admission.

I struggled in high school for many different reasons, but Danielle made an effort to shine a light on the things that I excelled in.
